Lia Wolfe

Director of Therapeutic Programming

Lia (she/her) is a psychotherapist and climber who is passionate about creating safe, affirming, and celebratory spaces where women and queer folks can connect to their mind-body experience and take up space as their authentic selves. She specializes in eating disorders, body image, and anxiety, supporting people in finding food freedom, building body trust, and healing the impacts of sociocultural pressure and trauma.

Climbing has been a powerful part of Lia’s own recovery journey, helping her experience her body as capable and worthy rather than as an object to be judged. It’s one of the few times her busy mind quiets, allowing her to feel fully present with herself, nature, and the community around her. As a rock-climbing therapist, she has had the privilege of witnessing trauma survivors rediscover trust in themselves and experience healing through nature, movement, and connection.
