About Natasha:

Dr. Natasha Barnes got her doctorate at Palmer West Chiropractic School in San Jose, CA in 2012 with a specialty in rehabilitation, orthopedic sports medicine and physiotherapy. She currently owns her own private practice, Natasha Barnes Training & Rehab, out of San Francisco, California and continues to create new programs and content for her following and clients. She's also an avid climber with ascents up to V11 and 5.14 under her belt. After battling injury after injury near the peak of her climbing career, she found herself frustrated by the lack of good information available on how to resolve climbing related injuries. Today, she is armed with the knowledge and expertise to help people like you reduce their risk for injury and climb their hardest yet.
